The Giuliani verdict of $148M in damages to election workers shows the power of Jack Smith’s case in the upcoming January 6th trial, as well as vindication for his witnesses, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. Newsweek

The Colorado Supreme Court holds Trump responsible for the January 6th riot. 54% of Americans agree with kicking him off the Colorado ballot. PRICES HAVE FALLEN FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2020. American income is up by 3.7 percent this year after inflation adjustments. Prices are down on gasoline, milk, toys, appliances, electronics, car rentals, and airline fares. The White House, The Wall Street Journal

Americans are signing up for Obamacare in record numbers, a 33% increase—750,000 on one particular day. The New York Times

The EPA has moved further and faster this year than ever before, tackling methane release, power plant standards, lead and copper in drinking water, Superfund site cleanups, and other measures. EPA.gov

Biden grants sweeping federal pardons for marijuana. He states that no American should be sent to prison for solely using or possessing marijuana, and he continues to fight to address current and previous wrongs. USA Today
