THE LEGAL TIDE CONTINUES TO RISE AGAINST TRUMP

Jack Smith’s case got stronger over the last month. There’s testimony of a riot instigated in Detroit to interrupt vote counting; new, potent witnesses to Trump’s intent on January 6th; and new evidence from personal phone calls during the riot. The Washington Post

The expert hired by Trump to uncover voter fraud, broadcasting loud and far, told him there was none. Ken Block informed Mark Meadows, is testifying in the criminal cases, and this week, is proclaiming here in USA Today

The case against presidential immunity advances a peg. As Jack Smith’s case strengthens, the argument Trump laid out to the D.C. If the election were held this week in NH, Biden would lead Trump by 7 points. in a survey by USA Today, The Boston Globe and Suffolk University, voters were “fairly enthusiastic” about Biden, while Trump, still the strong forerunner for the nomination, has slipped a bit and Nikki Haley is gaining steam.
