Democrats are winning big in special elections. In 24 of 30 special elections all over the country, Democrats are outperforming Republicans. This speaks louder than current polls, a potential harbinger of 2024. ABC MSNBC

Taylor Swift’s call to action drives more than 35,000 people to register on National Voter Registration Day. PBS The organization Headcount added more than 150,000 voters, thanks to other pop stars such as Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, Billie Elish and Bonnie Raitt. RollingStone

The Senate is poised to confirm three generals, sidestepping the blockade of military promotions. Senator Tommy Tuberville, Alabama Republican, has held up hundreds of nominees in protest of a Pentagon abortion access policy. NYTimes
